Joy Garden Medium Golden Moxa Sticks – 100% Pure Aged Mugwort – Ideal for Abdominal Acupoints & Deep Meridian Warming 6 counts 10cm length

The owner has over seven to eight years of experience in moxibustion therapy. To be clear with everyone: purchasing various moxibustion tools such as moxa cups, moxa pillows, moxa boxes, and so on is not as comfortable as directly holding the moxa stick with your hand for moxibustion. Once you try it, you’ll find that using tools for moxibustion is quite underwhelming.

Additionally, the owner recommends using moxa sticks that are at least medium in thickness. If you have a larger build and need to target areas like the cervical spine or the upper buttocks, you should definitely try thick moxa sticks.

Of course, it’s essential to choose authentic moxa sticks, and it’s best to equip yourself with a smoke exhaust fan for moxibustion. I once encountered an American guest who mentioned that moxa smoke could also be therapeutic. Here’s my take on it:

Moxa smoke should be properly ventilated, as inhaling it into the lungs is no different from smoking.Moxa smoke does help to dispel dampness and is excellent for sterilizing indoor spaces.
