1. Order Cancellation
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation during the preparation period. Please note that PayPal transaction fees (approx. 4.5%) are non-refundable as per PayPal’s policy. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.

After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated and uploaded, the order can no longer be canceled. In this case, please follow our return process after receiving the item.
2. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or health and hygiene standards:

Food items.

Custom products: Such as special orders or personalized items.

Personal care goods: Including beauty products, cosmetics, shampoo/body wash, and intimate apparel. These items are strictly non-returnable once the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened.
4. Restocking & Handling Fees
For all eligible return requests (e.g., "change of mind") that are not due to product quality issues:

A 10% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover quality inspection, depreciation, and administrative costs.

The initial PayPal transaction fee remains non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping & Authorization

Pre-authorization: Items sent back to us without a prior authorized return request will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: For returns not related to quality issues, you are responsible for the shipping costs to our designated regional warehouse.
6. Global Return Network
For your convenience, we maintain local return warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia, and other regions. We will provide the specific address once your return request is authorized.
7. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photo/video evidence. In these verified cases, the 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be fully waived.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return at our regional warehouse.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Final Amount: The refund amount will be your total payment minus the 10% restocking fee and applicable PayPal fees.

Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
