Q: How do I use your shampoo?
A:Our shampoo can be used just like any standard shampoo—apply it as you normally would during your routine.
Formulated with all-natural ingredients, our shampoo is crafted to support scalp health. While we haven't conducted medical trials, many customers in China have reported seeing some growth in new, fine hairs over time.
Q:Can your shampoo promote hair growth?
A: It's important to note that our shampoo is not a medicinal product and should not be used as one. However, although it’s not a medical treatment, many long-term customers in China have observed an increase in new hair growth.
Ultimately, achieving healthier hair and scalp requires a balanced approach, including regular self-care, a nutritious diet, exercise, and a positive mindset. Though no shampoo can single-handedly improve hair health, opting for a natural formula like ours is a meaningful choice in supporting your hair and scalp’s well-being.
Q:What distinguishes your product from the common shampoos on the market
A:Common shampoos typically contain ingredients such as cleansers, thickeners, and moisturizers. For example, Polyquaternium, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), and Xanthan Gum are used to increase the viscosity of the shampoo and maintain its texture. Additionally, there are hair care components like plant extracts, amino acids, fragrances, colorants, and preservatives.
However, this shampoo is entirely made from natural Chinese herbs that are simmered at high temperatures, without any industrial chemical additives. You can think of it as a medicinal herbal broth for washing your hair.
Q:If we don’t use these chemical cleansers, how is the foam created during washing?
A:The cleansing effect comes from carefully selected thick Chinese honey locust (soap pods) and soapberry fruits, both of which are natural foaming agents. When mixed with water, they create a rich and fine lather that is gentle on the scalp and skin, avoiding dryness and irritation while providing a mild yet effective cleansing experience.
Q:I once made hand soap and shampoo with soapberry myself, but it spoiled quickly. How does your shampoo stay preserved?
A:The secret lies in the unique herbal formula and high-temperature simmering process. Some of the herbs in the formula have natural preservative properties, and the prolonged high-temperature simmering allows the shampoo to naturally stay fresh for about a year.
Q:What is its overall texture like?
A:The overall texture is natural, leaving a pleasantly rustic, voluminous feel after washing. Hair dries quickly with just a gentle blow, without the sticky or greasy residue that many shampoos leave behind. It has a light, natural herbal scent.
